These are truly NOS (New Old Stock) and have never been mounted, but they are in OK shape and show lots of signs of age, rust and dirt as they have been sitting in the back of an old bike shop for over 50 years.  

Plastic is all in nice shape and shows no cracks. 

They all have some surface rust and are very dirty. 

***They are all missing their clamp bolt / nut. Complete and functional other than the clamp bolt. ***
