Managed to snag a few in Japan to bring back to the states since I have not seen anything like them here!

These look like the long style lug nuts and are very well made.

LONG style knobs are 5.5" long and SHORT style are 3.5" long.

They will come with adapters that allow you to slip on most any posts, threaded or not. They are plastic sleeves that are threaded for the knob and just press onto the existing post.

I installed one on my Mitsubishi Bravo and it fit perfect!
