A modest collection of Johnny Cash memorabilia. Alas I could not find an autograph.

1.The gold colored book must be a souvenir one could buy at a concert and has lots of color pictures of Johnny, his family and other musicians. supposedly the portraits are by Johnny " I love taking pictures of people I like" such as Billy Graham, Waylon Jennings, Bill Anderson, Jessi Colter and others, as well as family. There are lyrics to some of his most popular songs. Even his sound guys that worked with him for years, which was cool.

     The book was designed by Charles Hooper who actually did a very good job on this.

    

     Undated. the glossy gold covers have some small tears on the front, and have some dents that should flatten out. 

2. Dec. 1976 Issue of Country Music Magazine with Johnny's portrait on the front. Very good condition. Lots of photos of the Nashville Stars.

3. 2 copies of a 1978 Program of Festival of  Superstars The Johnny Cash Show with Johnny and June on the cover, the show dates underneath July 24-29 at the Garden State Arts Center in NJ.

    For The Johnny Cash Show starring Johnny Cash, June Carter and the Carter Family, Jan Howard and the Tennessee Three.

  One of these has a page with half the stadium seating chart torn out and loose. The other one has a rather boring sheet of Acknowledgements of Support from the NJ Highway Authority that managed the stadium.

     The programs have some biography of Mr. Cash but are mainly ads for Atlantic City and vicinity businesses.

4. A sheet advertising a concert by Cleo Lane at the Garden State Arts Center in 1978, must have been an insert in the programs.

5. A bunch if Newspaper clippings as found featuring articles about Johnny Cash.
