HALLMARKED SILVER PHOTOGRAPH FRAME. 

Beautiful beaded photograph frame. This is a contemporary frame but the design was inspired by a frame I bought, dated 1910. The hallmark shows;

Leopards head mark - London Assay Office

Makers mark - HF for Highfield Frames

925 - The official mark for Sterling Silver

Date Letter Mark

The frame has a lovely wooden back...Georgian Mahogany. 

This frame can be used as ‘landscape’ or ‘portrait’. 

I have been making silver photograph frames for 30 years. I supply to some of the most prestigious Antique Galleries in the world including London Silver Vaults, Chancery Lane and Alfie’s Antiques in Marleybone. 

The frame comes very well packaged in a foam envelope and robust card box.

NB…..please note…..I am running very low of blue felt…..what you see behind the glass….your frame may come with black velvet. Customers say it is very smart!
