Vintage ZEUS Seatpost in 26.4mm size.

This post is a direct copy of the Campagnolo Nuovo Record seat post of the time.

 

Used, in OK condition with many marks and scratches. See Pictures.

 

According to Sheldon Brown's seatpost database, the following brands use the 26.4mm size for certain models: Most French brands of the 1970s it seems were using this size including Peugeot, Gitane, Motobecane, Jeunet, Lejeune, Mercier and I am sure many more!! Sorry we cannot guarantee it will fit your particular bike; please measure carefully!

 

The shaft measures approximately 165mm long. (quite short)

Made in Spain

Date should be around mid-1970’s
