GOOD CONDITION WITHOUT OPENING THE PACKAGE AND THE PART HAS BEEN BROKEN OR
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT THERE IS NOTHING MUCH WE CAN DO SO IF THE DRIVER REFUSES TO
WAIT THEN SIMPLY SIGN FOR THE PARCEL AS DAMAGED TO ENSURE YOUR COVERING
YOURSELF. IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED PLEASE REFUSE THE DELIVERY OR CONTACT US
IMMEDIATELY.
OUR PARTS ARE TESTED ON THE VEHICLES BEFORE REMOVAL TO ENSURE WE ARE
SUPPLYING THE BEST USED PARTS POSSIBLE. SOME OF THE PARTS COULDN’T BE TESTED AS
IT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ROAD ACCIDENT CAR AND ITS JUST NOT POSSIBLE TO
TEST IT. FOR THIS REASON PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CONFIRMATION. 30 DAYS RETURN
POLICY AVAILABLE.
IF FOR ANY REASON A PART WE HAVE SUPPLIED IS WRONG OR FAULTY THEN
THIS SHOULD BE CONTACTED WITH US TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PART BACK AND IT IS PROVEN TO BE A WRONG OR
FAULTY WE WILL SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT PART, IF WE CANNOT EXCHANGE THEN A FULL
REFUND WILL BE ISSUED BUT PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT COVER ANY LABOUR CHARGES.
IF A CORRECT PART IS SENT BUT WRONGLY ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER IT
MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS AND RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMERS COST FOR A
REFUND MINUS ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGE AND 25% HANDLING FEE.
