First American edition, tenth printing hardcover copy of Redwall by Brian Jacques (Philomel, 1987). The first novel in the beloved young adult fantasy series of the same name. A very scarce early printing of this first US hardcover edition, in wonderful shape. Jacket is protected in new archival sleeve but with some mild rubbing to faces and slight shelf wear around jacket edges. Some faint foxing to interior of jacket. Boards are straight and clean but with corners slightly bumped. Binding is firm and spine is straight. All pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
