 - We aim to respond to your email enquiries within 15 mins between the hours of 7am-11pm. 

 - All items are dispatched as soon as possible with the tracking numbers uploaded the same day for your convenience.

We try to despatch all items the same working day if purchased before 1pm Monday - Friday (Excluding weekends and bank holidays). If you purchase after this time your item will be sent the next working day.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their delivery and order information is up to date at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for changing addresses/items after an order has been processed.

Royal Mail 1st class signed for - Our standard delivery is a 1-2 day service (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Royal Mail UK Special Delivery - Our premium service will be delivered the next working day before 1pm. 

European Delivery - Our delivery service across Europe usually takes 3-10 working days. The delivery time depends upon the delivery destination and service offered and may take slightly longer than stated above. Please contact us for a price.

International Rest of the world - International delivery can take 7-14 working days. Import duties maybe charged for countries outside of the EU, before ordering please seek advice from your relevant government department for pricing and restriction information. 

Delivery times are approximate based upon royal mail guide lines.

Tracking numbers are uploaded on the day of shipping.

If your item has not arrived within these timescales please contact us so that we can track your parcel.

In the case of lost items, we are required to wait 7 days after receiving notification before we can issue refunds or replacement items so please let us know as soon as possible if your item has not arrived.

We accept returns within 30 days of transaction date. Items must be returned to us in their original unused condition with tags intact. (Please include your details and any requests of exchange specifics.). 

We will issue you with a refund to your PayPal account once we receive the item back.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to return items as parcels can go missing in the post. 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and return the item following the regular returns procedure. We will refund your postage costs for returning the item to us and offer a full refund or exchange as required.

Refunds or exchanges can take up to 3 workings days to be processed once we have received the item back.  However we aim to process them within 24-48 hours.

International returns will be refunded for the amount of the item only, there will be no initial postage refunds unless we have made an error.

Can I return the item if it doesn't fit?

Yes if the item still has tags attached and is in an unused condition. You have 30 days to return from the date of transaction. We will issue refunds for all items once we receive them back. Refunds will usually be given the same day we receive the item back however, in busy periods please allow up to 5 working days. We recommend using a tracked service when returning parcels to us as parcels can go missing in the post. Returns slips must be included with all returned items.

What if my item is faulty?

On the rare occasion an item is faulty you can return it back to us for a refund or an exchange. Once you send the item back to us, with the tags still intact, we will inspect it and issue the refund or exchange as soon as possible (usually the same working day). Your return postage costs will be refunded also.

How much is postage to my country?

Our standard postage costs are for mainland UK only. Costs to other countries will vary depending on your location and the weight of the item. For overseas purchases please contact us, prior to purchasing, and state your location and the item you are interested in and we will get back to you with a price.

Have you despatched my item yet?

Please check your eBay transaction for the despatched symbol. If this is showing it means your item has been processed. You should also get an email from eBay notifying you of this. The tracking will be uploaded later the same day.

Where is my item?

We process all our orders with 1-2 working days of receiving payment. For standard UK orders, your item should be with you within 2-3 working days. We try to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 1pm. International deliveries can take around 10-15 working days. You can track your parcel by clicking on the tracking number which is updated on your order.

We endeavour to give 5 star customer service that you will not find elsewhere, that is why we answer your emails between the hours of 7am-11pm.
