This pretty Cobalt blue Demilune or Half Moon mirror is marked P.P.G.CO. MPLS JULY, 1938 on the back. I suspect MPLS might stand for Minneapolis. It measures 18" x 9" and has missing silver backing all along the edge and some in the center. The edge is beveled and it has three holes in it for mounting purposes. There are scratches on the silver as well and the glass itself is blue, not the backing. I don't feel any chips or flakes on it. For comparison, I've photo'd an antique silver mirror beside it.
