This is a cute Dora the Explorer 4T Size dress. It has a soft velvety feel. The tag is still attached so this has never been worn but there is a small stain on the back. You can see me pointing at it if you look closely at the second photo. It is barely noticeable. Otherwise this looks good. it is about 22 inches long. The tag is dated 2006.
