Requires 2 small screws for the front mudguards. Someone sprayed gold paint nearby and it speckled onto the roof mainly. See photos. Apart from that, great condition for around 50 years old I think. :-)

No idea about postage. Can only judge if I know where it is going I guess. Could be cheaper or dearer.
