Golf Speed Training with the Rypstick is a fast and easy way to increase driving distance. Rypstick users pick up 15-25 yards on average after 6 weeks of training. The workouts are free and designed by PGA Teacher of the Year, Dr. Luke Benoit. The workouts only take 15 minutes and should be completed three days a week.
