It does not show in the photo but I pulled the back paper off and appears to be written in german ( i am not sure of the language) date: August 10, 1940

Ornate  details to this antiqued  dark gold wood frame

details on the needlepoint in the face, feet, hands as well as the clothing is bright -  no fading or discolor  & very clean, tight needlework

glass front - ready to hand

preowned - very good vintage condition 

Measures: outside frame: 85" tall + 7" wide - Inside frame:   6.75" tall x 4.5" wide
