Vintage RADO Silver Watch w Blue Hexagonal Dial, Manual Wind 21 mm & 18.1-19 cm

Grab yourself some groovy retro style!  This rare 1970's vintage Rado watch is both chic and versatile, and features a blue hexagonal dial in a sleek, brushed silver metal case with a band that, up close, is reminiscent of snake scales.  It's a manual wind, and fastens with a simple and sturdy jewellery clasp.  Wear it alone for effortless minimalist style, or stack it with other pieces in your collection.

It still keeps good time after being wound, but remember, such olde school manual winding watches are expected to be wound once a day, ideally at the same time every day.  And sure, daily winding is a bit of a hassle, but I reckon it's worth it!

About Rado
Rado was founded in 1917 under the name Schlup & Co by brothers Fritz, Ernst and Werner Schlup in Lengnau, a small Swiss village.  They grew and developed the business, and by the end of World War 2 it was one of the largest producers of watch movements in the world.  The 1950s ushered in new collections under the Rado brand name, and it quickly became an icon regarding innovation, design and development using different shapes and materials.  In 1986 it was acquired by the Swatch group, and continues to produce elegant and durable watches with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
