When will I receive my order?

You should receive your order within 3 working days of when your order is placed. We will issue a tracking number within 1 working day and you can track this through either the DPD or tuffnells website, please check which courier you parcel has been sent through and head over to the relevant website. If you have any problems please send a message.


What do I do if I haven’t received my order?

Please, check your order using the tracking number through the DPD or Tuffnells website. Alternatively, If you haven’t received your item within the delivery timeframe (max. 3 working days), then please message us and we will aim to respond to you ASAP. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom. We advise that we are unable to deliver to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Channel Island, British Islands and the Scottish Highlands. My item is damaged, what shall I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us as soon as you receive your parcel by sending us images where possible. We are happy to replace the item or refund you in full. Please note if the item is damaged we will not collect and this item should be disposed of/recycled by yourself as appropriate.


I have missing/damaged parts - what shall I do?

We are happy to send replacement parts free of charge. Please send us a message about your order confirming the item's SKU code, the letter or number of the damaged/missing parts and confirm which address you would like the parts sending too. We aim to dispatch these within 3-5 working days of receiving your message.

Can I change my address once the sale has gone through?
