Listed for sale is a pair of No. 126 louvered maple dressers, designed by Florence Knoll and produced by Knoll Associates circa 1948. These are exceptionally rare and early examples of Florence Knoll's work. They were in fact only produced from 1948-1956. This pair came from a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area estate with numerous other Knoll pieces. They show fantastic signs of use and wear from decades of use. Notably, the name Laura is scratched into one of the louvers (this would come out with refinishing, but is a nice historical remnant). The dressers are both in usable and nice original condition. We would advise to keep them exactly as/is given the rarity, though they would also refinish nicely. The original finish is remarkably intact.

The dressers measures 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep and 34.75 inches tall.

Our price listed includes both dressers.

The buyer may pick up the furniture, have it shipped by our shipping partners (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction.
