This is a solid oak Sawbuck lounge chair, model CH28P, designed by Hans Wegner in 1951. This particular piece was produced by Carl Hansen & Søn in the 1960s. The design features a solid oiled-Oak frame, and has tan leather upholstery on the seat and back.

This chair measures 26.3 inches long, 28.7 inches wide, and 30.3 inches high. The arm height is 24 inches, and the seat height is 14.5 inches. The oak frame has patinated beautifully, amplifying the inherent grain of the wood. There is some wear to the frame, especially at the bottom of legs. The leather has aged nicely, but does show some wear. Some of the screws look to have been replaced at some point. Overall, this piece is in very good condition with some wear apparent. Please see photos.
