Item Description
The Bosch UNIVERSALCIRC 18V-53 is a cordless circular saw with a 160mm blade. Designed for the home and garden market it is part of the PowerForAll 18v Alliance and shares battery compatibility with a wide variety of cordless DIY and Garden power tools - from Bosch as well as other manufacturers.

It has a maximum cutting depth of 53mm and is ideal for making straight cuts through wood, chipboard and similar wood-based materials. With a fully charged 2.5ah battery, it is capable of cutting up to 33 metres of 19mm chipboard per charge, and a handy charge indicator is integrated into the tool so you can keep track of remaining runtime while you're working.

When especially precise and accurate cuts are required, the UNIVERSALCIRC 18V-53 has a specially designed baseplate which enables it to slot into guide rails from the Bosch Home & Garden system (not included). It also comes with a rip fence and is fitted with a dust port that can be connected up to an external vacuum cleaner or dust extractor.
