1. Order here then at the checkout enter you details please be sure to check your details as once your shawl has been started it cannot be amended. If you are not sure please get in touch

If you would like to make any colour changes please add these in your message, please note that once work has started we will be unable to change any details

Please include your telephone number just in case we need to contact you. We will also need this if your order is dispatched via courier.

CARE GUIDE

If your shawl has a trim trim these are delicate especially the sheer ruffle trim, so please take care not to rub against other hard fabrics. Satin ribbon can fray all our bows are heat sealed but if fraying does occur just run a lighter along the edge to seal

Hand wash is best with warm soapy water then rinse and hang to dry. Once dried run your hand in the opposite direction to the trim to fluff up again - DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

DISPATCH

We have a 10-15 working day dispatch on all made to order items. Please check your dates before ordering as we may not be able to accommodate earlier delivery, if you need your order for a specific date please get in touch first before ordering.

All our orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For / DPD or Evri and will require a signature on delivery

We have a no returns policy on any made to order / personalised or bespoke items
