T-34 - Soviet medium tank produced in 1941-1958. 

When it appeared on the front of World War II, it was a surprise to the Germans due to the large caliber of the gun and the thickness of the armor. It had a reputation as a vehicle whose use had a significant impact on the course of the war. Initially produced at the Kharkiv Steam Locomotive Factory named after Comintern, was the basis of the armament of the Soviet armored forces in 1941-1945. During the war, it was the armored vehicle produced in the largest number of copies. It was also the second most produced tank of all time, after its successor, the T-54/55 tank. In 1996, the T-34 was still used by 27 countries of the world.
