A wonderful 1920's Art Deco Bohemian original crystal glass trinket box, jewelry box or snuff box. The body and lid have been hand molded and hand faceted to finish. With a raised relief acid etched lid with a Pekinese, Dachshund, Bulldog and Terrier on. With four recessed acid etched panels, each with a different dog in. 

This is attributed to the style of Heinrich Hoffmann who in the 1920' s produced a range of ashtrays, trinket boxes, cigarette boxes and salts, all with beautifully modelled dogs of various breeds including those on this box.

In excellent condition for the age with a few internal and base minor scratches and a couple of tiny fleabites to the inner parts of the lid; nothing that would not be expected in glass of this era.
