LARGE MID - CENTURY PERIOD MANTEL CLOCK

Solid Brass top and base with stained Beech sides 

battery operated.

This clock could do with a good clean and service, the top especially as its solid brass this would shine up a treat, 

I noticed a little rust on the battery terminals and screw heads holding the plastic case on the rear in position. 

I cleaned the terminals and noticed there was a brake on the mechanism, put in a fresh battery and turned off the brake and away it went checking it for time keeping as I type but this is adjustable if out. ITS BEEN ON MY DESK NOW FOR TWO WEEKS AND IS KEEPING GOOD TIME

this is quite a heavy clock and what with the glass front I would post via royal mail so postage will be about £6

or it can be collected from Watford eve weekends or london NW10 office hours only.
