So I wrote a book for athletes and leaders who are interested in free poomsae and want to access new areas of play.

This book is an easy-to-understand free-possession guide that contains the know-how of free-possession experts. The movement composition necessary for the creation of free-possessionals and step-by-step training methods for skill training are presented in an easy-to-understand manner.

It explains in detail so that leaders and athletes can easily understand and train the hand and foot movements of Taekwondo pumsae, and the special skills essential for free pumsae. In addition, efforts were made to increase the globalization of Taekwondo and the professionalism of free pumsae by translating it into English so that it can be used in foreign countries. Limitations delivered through photos are provided as a video using QR.

Free pumsae is a sport that combines pumsae and demonstration kicks, and it is a field that requires expertise in both the existing pumsae games and demonstration areas. This book was published to lower the barriers to entry for free pumsae that athletes and leaders feel based on their experience working in areas such as taekwondo pumsae and demonstration, such as national team players and representative demonstration teams.
