A  very good example of the Commodore Clock. Made by Chelsea for Hardy and Hayes Pittsburgh (embossed on dial).

Door is on a hinge for easy winding. Clock is extremely heavy (Solid Brass) and the dial special with  raised metal numbers not the typical inked on dial.

It has a stout base with solid brass ball feet.

You can wind the Clock separate of the Bell strike so you don't have to listen to the chimes. The Bell strike is the 8 Bells and NOT the House Strike.

If this Clock was still available by Chelsea it would sell for at least $5000.00.

I AM WILLING TO TRADE ANY CLOCK I HAVE FOR SALE WITH TOP QUALITY PRE-1900 BOTTLES
