Warranty
- One year manufacturer defect warranty on wheels (including hubs, rims and spokes), provided wheels are installed by professional company or mechanic. Incorrect installation or use voids the warranty. Technical assistance is available within 7 days.
Return accepted
- Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
- In case of installation of fitting issue you must always contact us for technical assistance. For safety and responsibility reasons, possible installation or fitting issues must be investigated and solved at first. Replacement / return / refund can only be solved once true reasons are known.
