Emmaus supports formerly homeless people by giving them a home, meaningful work in a social enterprise and an opportunity to get back on their feet again.  100% of the proceeds from this sale will go to our charity.

• All of the items that we have for sale have been kindly donated to us, meaning that they have varying degrees of character and love.  As such, we are unable to provide further details about the item's background / provenance, for example, whether it has come from a pet / smoke free home.
• Our items are lightly cleaned.  Anything more than this is left to the buyer so that we don't risk damaging anything.

• All items must be fully paid for prior to despatch.
• We aim to despatch on either the same or next working day after payment has been received.
• Working days are Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).  Items ordered on a Friday may not be despatched until the following Monday.

• We use a range of delivery providers including Royal Mail, Evri and UPS.
• Delivery times / dates provided are estimates, and as such should be used as a rough guide only.
• The vast majority of parcels are delivered before or on the estimated due date, but can occasionally take a bit longer.
• If you require your item urgently or by a guaranteed date, please contact us to arrange (before purchasing) - we can advise on suitable shipping options (at additional cost).
  
• You are welcome to collect your purchases by appointment from our Gloucester superstore at no extra cost.
