Juliana by Delizza and Elster vintage 1960's multicolor circle brooch.  Unsigned.

This vintage brooch is a beautiful piece that will surely add a touch of elegance to any outfit. The brooch features a wreath or circle shape with a pinwheel layered design, measuring 2 inches in diameter. It features green, fuchsia, and root beer rhinestones.  As with all Juliana jewelry, it is unsigned.
