VintageUnique Fixture - It is all wood , even the garland of wood beads and decorative accents .. The only seems to be the O ring at the top and base. 

Chandelier - Ceiling Light  Takes  4 Candle Bulb Style - the White plastic cylinders do have cracks and discolor.. can be replaced easily. In good working order . Preowned - Good - Some surface wear and normal age wear. The fixture appears to have been repainted a couple times as red and possibly white can be seen under the green . 

Approximately Measures O ring to O ring :     17.5" Tall x 18" Wide Bronze color chain runs along the electric wiring .. The wiring looks newer than the fixture .. 

There is a metal ceiling plate and that is also green .. see photos for details. 

no markers marks that I can find.
