Q:If my phone can not be charged on the phone charging area, what should I do?

 

  • Make sure your phones have wireless charging function (iPhone 8 and above).
  • Use an 18W (9V/2A) adapter to power the wireless charger (Otherwise the charger may not have sufficient output power for the phone charging area).
  • Place your phone accurately on the phone charging area so that it could align to the charging coils.
  • make sure the phone case thickness is less than 4mm,please remove cases over 4mm thick before charging
  • Make sure there is no metal, magnet, credit card or other foreign objects which will interfere with charging on the back of your phone/phone case.

 

Q:What should I do if my AirPods 2nd can not be charged by this wireless charger?

 

  • AirPods 2nd has two version (Wired/Wireless charging version), this wireless charger can ONLY charge AirPods 2 with wireless charging case.
