Here we have a custom made titanium Wallet Chain. I’ve implemented two different types of titanium rings being the round and flat types to make this chain. The diameter and thickness of the rings are: 0.39in/10mm (Dia) x 0.78in/2mm (Thickness). The titanium rings are the open/butted type. A lot of man hours went into making just the link chain itself as each link has to be opened then closed evenly for the next link. There are 194 links butted together which has a length of 22in/558.8mm. I’ve done a rotational pattern with the titanium rings, starting with the rounds then to the flats. The total length for this wallet chain including the hardware and carabiners is 29in/736.6mm while the total weight is 4.2oz/118g.
There are two titanium carabiners, one being a Drone/Droid 58 (2.31in/58.7mm) and the other being a small size (1-7/16in/36.51mm). I’ve used two titanium (Ti) Bike Link Connector kits and two titanium (Ti)Turning Fork Rotating Swivel, one of each on each end of the chain.
The brass clevis pin that is located on top of the titanium tuning fork which is attached to the end of the bike link kit will allow your wallet chain to rotate in a 360 degree rotation without binding or tying up. To put it simply, it's a coupling between two parts enabling one to revolve without turning the other.

This is an awesome Wallet Chain which is well put together. All of the components are top notch and of high grade quality.
Included for the Droid carabiner are 2 spare O-rings and a spare spring pin for the open/release lock handle which can be seen on the last photo.
I use Loctite Blue on all of my keychains that I make. Loctite Blue is designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners and secures nuts and bolts from accidental loosening.
