Based on the style of the Repousse and design, I think it is Unger Brothers. Lady face looks like EVANGELINE pattern
Mirror measures 8.75" long and 4.75" wide, Brush is 8.75" long and 3" on the back. Mirror has 2 Very minute scratches on the surface. Brush is loosing its horse hair bristles, however that can be replaced. Mirror shows some dents along the edge of mirror, solid and ready for use.
