The waist snap fits as it was made for Gene but to be honest I did overlap the top and pin it closed for the picture. So you can reset the top snap or use a straight pin like I did.

I orginally posted it as Gene Marshall dress as that is the doll I made it for but I think if looks fantastic on my Deju Vu doll.
