📝According to our Royal Mail website some post is taking much longer at the moment. Royal Mail do not consider post sent out of the UK lost and will not investigate until 90 days have elapsed from the due delivery date.

The issue is that very few flights carrying mail are leaving from the uk at the moment.

Even within the UK some post is taking longer than usual.

I aim to charge reasonable prices. Please only make a bid if you are HAPPY with paying the Postage price listed. I will be happy to refund if I have grossly overcharged.

I mainly use Royal Mail for posting, parcel force for larger items. Buyer is responsible, if on rare occasions the carrier fails to deliver.

I always obtain proof of postage and USUALLY dispatch within 2-3 working days of cleared payment.

When an item is lost or delayed Royal mail do not investigate any claims until at least 10 days after postage. PLEASE ALLOW THIS TIME TO ELAPSE BEFORE TAKING ACTION. Royal mail may require a written statement explaining that you did not receive your item, which accompanies the investigation claim.
