The tree has a shiny finish with 8 holes for the birds to perch (no missing birds), and is mounted in a stable square base.
The birds are two-toned with a brown shiny finish on their bottom half and tail. The brown stain brings out the grain of their wood beautifully. Their tops are a light tan and are smooth with no finish.
With all the birds mounted, the sculpture is reminiscent of a flock on their way through - stopping to rest and chattering amongst themselves.
Birds are not glued in and can be moved from one branch to another as your space requires. In their current positions, the overall measurements are 12" high by 7 1/2" to 8" wide.
