You may have noticed, that the new 3D printed part is missing something on its right side.

That elongated part was made to let the latch jump back into place, once the door got closed. In fact you have to put it back in place manually with the 3D printed version.

But don't worry the part works perfectly fine and is going to stay in closed position.

It is missing with that model, because it will be going to be worn out anyways and will not work right anymore, as I've noticed on the old part.
