We are a small, family run business who offer extremely competitive pricing and delivery charges and as a result our margins on some items are extremely low. We ask therefore if you could please kindly respect the below delivery Ts&Cs which are in place in order to make things transparent for all and to protect our customers from any unnecessary disappointment.

IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS: Please ensure that you check your parcel for any signs of damage to the external packaging, and should you notice any, request that the driver make a note of this on the delivery note / PDA upon delivery as without this we are unable to investigate this with the courier company. More often than not, damage to external packaging does not affect the internal contents as they are packaged well in order to avoid this. However, should you find any signs of damage to the internal item, this would need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt and detailed photographs taken of any signs of damage as well as of the external packaging to allow us to investigate this in detail.

For deliveries of larger items, our couriers will be in touch to arrange your delivery slot but for this to be possible you will need to provide us with a CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER. PLEASE MESSAGE US WITH THIS UPON PLACING YOUR ORDER SO THAT IT DOES NOT DELAY YOUR DELIVERY.
