This is a 4-Position Credenza, model 2544, initially designed by Florence Knoll in 1961. This particular example dates to the 1960s. The piece is constructed in rich walnut, and features a white marble top. We believe the marble to be either Calacatta Gold or Carrera. The lines of this piece have become verifiably iconic; so simple, yet incredibly important. The piece is a bit lower in height than one would expect, and therefore it works as well in the dining room as it does in the office. It retains its original 1960s 320 Park Avenue label underneath and was custom specified with a finished back, which was an expensive upgrade at the time.

This credenza measures 74.75 inches wide, 18 inches long, and 25.5 inches high. It's in very good condition, having some light scuffs on the wood, and light wear to the marble top. Overall, this credenza is in excellent vintage condition with some signs of use. Please see photos.
