Our items: All of our items have been well cared for but have had a previous life. New pieces (being unwashed) may be slightly shop soiled. All obvious flaws and marks are described. Photos form part of the item description. Colours can differ on your screen. Some of the larger size items have been pinned on the dress form, as it is a size 12. Model is a size 8. We have a smoke free home. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Payment: Payment is required within 4 days. PayPal or eBay payment only. Unpaid item cases will be opened automatically.

Postage: We use prepaid tracked Australia post satchels within Australia, but are happy to post via express or registered post at an additional cost.  Please contact us before paying, so we can revise your invoice. Combined shipments are possible and we will fit as many items as possible into pre-paid satchels. Where possible, we try to post the same day as cleared funds are received (or next business day if received on a weekend). All parcels are posted within 3 business days. Pickup is not available.

International Postage: Shipping internationally by weight is available with Australia Post Standard International postage. Taxes and duties buyer's responsibility. Please contact us for prices.

Returns: All of our items are very carefully inspected for faults that are noted, but please let us know if you think we've missed something. We offer a full refund service if there is a genuinely missed fault and we will endeavour to fairly resolve any issue. Returns will only be considered within 7 days of the receipt of the item. The cost of returned items can only be refunded if sent and received with tracked mail. Buyer pays return post for returns (unless we are at fault).
