Vintage 1980s Howard Miller Wall Clock - Gold, Octagonal ***AS IS - NOT WORKING*** FOR PARTS or REPAIR.

Marked 4MG708 Japan.  Measures 10.5” wide and tall by 2.25" thick.  Classy design with clock appearing suspended in mid air inside the frame.  Sleek modern lines, Roman numerals.  Uses a C-cell battery.  Tried one but it did not activate the clock, that's as far as I went.  Contacts not corroded.
