One-of-a-kind vintage feed/sugar sack tunic shirt.
It is a pullover style with a zipper closure as you can see from the photos. Note that I've taken photos of it with and without flash to give you a broad idea of color.
The feed and sugar sacks that this shirt is made from are very old. Some of the companies featured here do not exist anymore.
It does not have a care tag but it is cotton fabric and it is hand made.
What I love about the shirt is the different patterns made up of the feed and sugar sacks. And I like the depiction of the cute little chicken on the front.
Here are the measurements of the shirt:
Chest measurement taken across chest under the arms: about 22 7/8".
Measurement of front from top of collar to bottom hem as seen in photo: about 26 3/4".
Measurement of back from top of collar to bottom hem as seen in photo: about 33".
Length of arm from shoulder seam to wrist: about 17 1/2".
Shoulder measurement from seam to seam: about 21".
Please use these measurements as a comparison to a shirt you own that fits you in order to determine fit.
Zipper works. Before listing it, I washed it gently in cold water and unscented detergent; I air dried it flat and pressed it. So that it's ready to wear upon receipt. Please note that this is made from vintage sugar/feed sacks so there are natural marks on the bags that are normal vintage and not to be considered a fault. In fact, this could be argued as intentionally calling attention to the origin of the materials. No holes or tears. From a nonsmoking home. Looks great for its age.

To the best of my ability, I have scrutinized this item for flaws. Buyer understands that this is a preowned item that is not new, it is old and might have other flaws. Because what might be a flaw to you is a sort of wear and tear that a vintage item would naturally incur. If you purchase this, you understand that this is a preowned, previously washed, preworn, preloved item made from antique feed sacks.
