RETURNS:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date for an exchange or refund. There is no apple care warranty. Please open an eBay return request and we will respond accordingly. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow us to get back to you within an adequate time frame. Items must be returned the same way as received with all original packaging and accessories unusedPlease note that we record all Serial/IMEI number of our products prior to shipment to prevent fraud. 

To avoid any delay, PLEASE ERASE ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIOR TO RETURNING THE DEVICE. This includes any ICLOUD/PASSCODE/ETC. You will need to do a FACTORY DATA RESET to ensure that all data is deleted after manually removing these locks from the phone.
