upon delivery. Batteries are not covered under warranty as they deteriorate

Condition:
This
laptop looks neat (No pressure marks/No scratches on screen). Laptops have been
taken from a clean working environment and have been tested thoroughly prior to
dispatch. Due to prior usage, laptop may have minor cosmetic marks, but this
does not have any effect on the working of the laptop. Covered by 12-month RTB
hardware warranty.

WARRANTY:
All Our computers and laptops come with
12-month Return to Base (RTB*) warranty from the date of delivery which will
cover hardware faults. This does not cover any software issues or
physical/accidental damages.
If
you are not happy or satisfied with the product, or in an unlikely event you
would like to return the product, we offer our customers a 14-days free return
or replacement policy.
Batteries for laptop are not covered, as
they dissipate power over the time. At the time of purchase, we grantee 30 Min
back time on batteries.
Please note that it is recommended to
have surge protector for the computer, so that the power supply/other hardware
components in the computer get faulty.
