COSMIC JUSTICE SERIES FIGURINES

This lot includes 10 plastic figurines from the WizKids DC Comics Cosmic Justice series. The characters featured in this lot are a mix of heroes and villains from various TV shows, movies, and comic books, such as Parademon Warrior and Scout, Easy Company Medic and Soldier, Green Arrow, Lex Corp Battlesuit, and Manhunter. These miniature action figures were manufactured in 2003 and are in vintage condition, adding to their collectible value. The game pieces come without packaging and are original WizKids products. Add these iconic characters to your collection and relive your favorite comic book moments! No guarantee that each piece is complete. These are the way we received them. Most of these have been glued (this is the way we got them). Some of the bases may not spin. The numbers next to the name are the piece number. Please refer to the list in the description to see which characters are included.

SALES TAX: Ebay will collect State sales tax when applicable. We do not receive it and have no control over the collection.

DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED POLICY: If an item is received damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Photos of the item in the original box and the outside of the box will be needed to process a claim.

RETURN POLICY: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in the same condition as sent. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. We DO NOT refund any shipping cost unless we made a mistake. All returns shipped as NEW in Factory Package must be returned the same way, UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED. All returns must include all original packaging and any other items as stated in the ad. All returns require a prior notice or upon receipt the return will be refused.

PAYMENTS: We accept whatever Ebay accepts. Some e-checks normally takes 5-7 business days to clear. Payments due immediately unless noted.

SHIPPING: We only ship to Ebay or PayPal address of record provided at time of sale. Please update these records before purchase if your address has changed. Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. All orders ship same or next day after your payment clears. We ship Monday thru Saturday (except holidays). We use the USPS or UPS. All orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment, you will receive tracking information via email when your item is processed.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We do combine shipping and can hold any item (or items) for up to 3 days but once payment is made it cannot be combined with any other purchase. For combined shipping, the item with the highest ship charge is calculated 1st, then additional charges apply. This excludes items with free shipping. No Exceptions. Please request or wait for a revised invoice with adjusted ship rate before paying.
