Has old paint, much of which has worn off over the years. Was patented in 1883. Some surface rust. May need cleaned. Bottom base only, no other parts. Measures approx 7-1/2" across the top x 9" tall. This would make an awesome planter, or it could be repurposed in so many really cool ways.
