Best fits a modern XS or slimmer XS depending on desired fit. There is no stretch. Did not fully zip on my XS dress form with a 25.5 inch waist. Good Vintage Condition. No major flaws - there is a small tear in the netting on the bodice, see last pic. It is barely noticeable. Vintage items are preowned and will show normal signs of wear and age.
