For marketing purposes, I frequently use dolls, accessories, etc. I will always mention if these items are or are not part of the lot. Big lot of mostly sports-related accessories for Barbie and similar dolls. Of particular note is a partial sheet of "doodles" (stickers) for the suntan Tuesday Taylor doll. She apparently was made of a special vinyl that got darker when she was put in bright sunlight, mimicking a suntan. You could place the "doodles" on her and create a tan line--were the 1970s toys not cool or what? Tuesday and Barbie could have staged a tennis match up with all the tennis racquets here, not to mention golfing, football, soccer, and bowling. Most of this stuff looks to be clone items: the golf clubs look like the ones Shillman used to include in their "Mini Mod" accessory paks. There is a racquet cover with an M on it--Mattel, maybe? The umbrella form looks to have come from American Character's Tressy--many of her accessory molds were sold off when AM went bankrupt and ended up being acquired by smaller toy companies that made Barbie clones. Some of them are still in use (AM closed in 1968). The two items that MIGHT be Mattel produced are the blue scuba mask and the pink crash helmet. The Barbie modeling the helmet is not for sale.
