There are about 11 little dots on the front of the hat with one of them very noticeable.

I tried to get close ups of them the best I could.

I have no idea what caused the dots but it is all around the front embroidered logo. I haven’t tried to clean it but they do not look like they can be cleaned off and are just part of the hat.

The interior foam has all disintegrated and has been vacuumed out but there is still evidence of it.
