I have one of these in my personal collection and can confirm that it works with not only the PC Engine Mini, PC Engine Core Grafx Mini, and TurboGrafx-16 Mini, but also works with my Sega Genesis Mini, C64 Mini, A500 Mini, and Nintendo Switch!

It does NOT seem to work with Sega Genesis Mini 2 or PlayStation Classic.

I have not tested it with any other devices.
