This is an early example 1921 antique sterling silver 'birth record' spoon by Reed & Barton.

Lovely decorations of a chiming wall clock with the birth record; and a stork cradling a baby. The decorations are still crisp and detailed. 

Engraved Margaret E. March 20th 1921 A.M. The Grange Sutton. 

It has an additional set of London Import silver hallmarks.
