Q. Does this router replace my modem? A. No, the ExpressVPN Router is not a replacement modem, it is a router only, It has NO built in modem. It requires connecting to your ISP modem or existing modem router, instruction leaflet included with the router.
Q. Do you program the router with all the necessary files? A. We Program all necessary files & fully test the router for you, simply add your activation code when the router arrives, activation code can be found in your ExpressVPN online panel. Once activation code has been added nothing more is required except selecting your VPN end point server location from drop down menu.
Q. Do ExpressVPN offer support for this router? A. Yes, You can get help/support direct from ExpressVPN via the interface.
